A Los Angeles County motion formalizing BizFed’s new homelessness partnership passed January 24, 2023 on a 4-0 vote, shortly after BizFed’s announcement. The motion directs key county entities including the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, the Department of Economic Opportunity and the Anti-Racism, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative to collaborate with BizFed and its network of business networks on ongoing efforts to eradicate homelessness.
