BizFed mobilized a broad and diverse coalition of 34 companies and organizations who signed their names and logos to a detailed comment letter urging changes to proposed regulations that would expand the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to interfere with transit and road construction.
The Governor’s Office of Planning and Research is considering changes to guidelines on how to implement CEQA that would have numerous significant negative impact on our region’s ability to deliver the transportation and transit-oriented infrastructure necessary to ensure a successful economy and quality of life.
