Patty Senecal joined WSPA in April 2010. She is the Director for the Southern California Region and oversees the downstream refining industry regulatory issues in the Southern California region and supports statewide efforts.
Prior to joining WSPA in 2010, she was in the private sector with international trade logistics and transportation. Ms. Senecal has years’ of experience working on legislative and regulatory issues for the trucking and logistics industry and was a leading advocate for the goods movement and transportation industry in California.
